The Branding Blvd DOES NOT provide refunds for any services unless agreed upon. Having buyer’s remorse or willingness to work with another designer is not a suitable means for a refund. Once payment have been received, the project will begin and the final design/drafts will be sent to the client/customer via email in the time frame given. Please note, cancellations of any services are UNACCEPTABLE. The Branding Blvd, LLC WILL NOT refund any of the payment unless the Designer is not at fault.
