Q : "I submitted payment, what's next?"
Once your payment goes through, you’ll be added to our client portal. From there, you’ll get an invite where you can fill out your project questionnaire, upload your photos and info, and communicate with me directly. That’s where we’ll handle everything from start to finish, easy and organized.
Q: What if I need changes after I get my designs?
Every project includes a set number of free revisions (3 Free Revisions). I want you to love your designs, so you’ll have the chance to make any small tweaks before final delivery.
Q: What kind of photos should I send?
Professional photos only, please :) no selfies. Clear, high-quality images make a huge difference in your final design. If you need help choosing the right ones, let me know!
